June 2010 Meeting

The June meeting of the bottle club had about 12 people. This was a short but enjoyable meeting.

Gary brought 2 boxes of bottles he had bought at auction, several nice Terre Haute bottles and I brought in things from Terre Haute for show and tell. Martin had a flat tire and couldn't make it.

The club decided to have hamburgers and hot dogs at the picnic. John will bring the grille and Scott will cook. Gary will buy the meat, bread, chips and condiments. I will bring the plastic for the table coverings, plates, cups, napkins and silverware and everybody else bring a covered dish or two and maybe a pie or cake. The date for the picnic is August 21, and we eat about 5 or 6pm. We don't know what shelter it will be. I'll try to set it up this week and send the information out.

We need to start working on the show for this year.
